Morning, midday, afternoon or evening, today or any day in the next two weeks. Shifts start at 7am or 7pm. We sell a window, not a minute, because Lagos traffic does not honour minutes and a promise we cannot keep is worth nothing.

Pay online, deposit included
Card or transfer. Anything that consumes dressings, cannulas or catheters carries a refundable deposit. We charge what was used, send the receipts, and refund the balance within 48 hours.

Why is the procedure not included in the visit fee?
Because bundling would charge everybody for a catheter most people never need. A nurse who comes for an hour and takes observations should not cost the same as a nurse who comes for an hour and dresses a major wound. You pay for the time, then for the work, and you agree the work before it happens.
Can one nurse cover 24 hours?
No, and anyone who tells you otherwise is selling you a tired nurse. Our 24 hour cover is two registered nurses on two 12 hour shifts with a written handover between them, which is why it is priced as two shifts at ₦280,000 a day.
Who actually turns up?
A nurse registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, checked before they are dispatched. You get the name and number of whoever is assigned before they arrive at your gate.
What if the nurse finds something wrong?
They escalate to a Mezo doctor on an open line, at no extra charge. If the situation needs a hospital, we arrange admission into the Mezo network rather than leaving you to ring around at night.
