How practising on Mezo works
Joining the network is not signing up for software. It is bringing your practice under an operator that fills your clinics, runs your admin, and stands behind your fees.
You keep your clinical judgment, your fee per consultation, and your patients. Mezo carries the scheduling, the billing, and the paperwork.
Apply and get credentialed
Start with your name, phone number, and specialty. We verify you against the MDCN register, review your credentials, and build your public profile. You go live in the doctor directory once verification clears.
Choose where you consult
Take clinic sessions at facilities Mezo operates or credentials, run teleconsult blocks from wherever you are, or both. No lease to sign, no front desk to hire, no clinic to fit out.
See the patients the network brings
Appointment requests, directory bookings, and in-network referrals are scheduled into your sessions by care coordinators. You walk into a clinic that is already booked.
Earn fees that are collected for you
Patients pay when they book, by card or through their HMO. Mezo handles collection and claims, then settles your consultation fees to your bank account.
The admin, off your desk
Two things consume a specialist's week outside the consulting room: filling the clinic and getting paid for it. On the network, both are handled.
Clinics scheduled and filled for you
Care coordinators book patients into your sessions and manage the calendar around your availability. Confirmations, reminders, and reschedules are handled by the network, not by your phone. A confirmed slot is a real slot, for you as much as for the patient.
Payment collection, guaranteed
Patients pay when they book, by card through Paystack or through their HMO. Mezo files and tracks the claims, and your consultation fees settle to your bank account on your plan's payout cycle. You never invoice a patient or chase an HMO.

Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens after my free trial?
You'll be moved to the Starter plan automatically at no charge. Upgrade to Growth or Diaspora whenever you're ready.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual plans can be cancelled with a prorated refund within the first 30 days.
How does HMO advance factoring work?
On Growth and Diaspora plans, you can opt to receive up to 80% of pending HMO claims upfront. Mezo settles the balance when the HMO pays.
