Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you only pay the prorated difference. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.

What happens after my free trial?

You'll be moved to the Starter plan automatically — no charge. Upgrade to Growth or Diaspora whenever you're ready.

Is there a contract or lock-in?

No. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime. Annual memberships can be cancelled with a prorated refund within the first 30 days.

How does HMO advance factoring work?

On Growth and Diaspora plans, you can opt to receive up to 80% of pending HMO claims upfront. Mezo settles the balance when the HMO pays.
