Book a morning or midday window
Collection rides the morning laboratory round, so those are the windows on offer. Most panels need an 8 hour fast, which is why morning suits almost everybody.

Pay online
Card or transfer. The collection is already inside the panel price. There is no visit fee and no consumables deposit on a lab panel.

Results, then a human
Between 24 and 72 hours depending on the panel. They come to your phone, with a doctor's note on what they mean, and a teleconsult included on the fuller panels.

Is the home collection charged separately?
No. Every panel price on this page includes a nurse coming to your address in Ikota and taking the sample. If you already have a laboratory request from your own doctor and only need the sample taken, that is ₦7,500 plus whatever the tests themselves cost.
Do I need to fast?
For most panels, yes: 8 hours, water is fine. Take your usual medication unless your own doctor has told you otherwise. The exact preparation for the panel you choose is written on its page before you pay.
How long do results take?
Twenty four hours for the basic panel, 48 hours for the fuller work-ups, and up to 72 hours where a culture or a cervical sample has to be processed. You get them on your phone.

At a Mezo network laboratory, moved under cold chain. BeaconHealth Diagnostics, the network diagnostics partner, runs laboratories at Lekki, Ikeja and Sangotedo.
Will a doctor explain the results?
Yes. Every panel includes a doctor's note on what the numbers mean, and the fuller panels include a teleconsult to walk through them. If something is abnormal, a doctor calls you.
