Morning, midday, afternoon or evening. Night call-outs run 8pm to 6am and depend on a doctor being free, which we confirm rather than assume.

Card or transfer, the full amount shown, nothing added at the door. Any investigation the doctor orders can be collected in the same visit.

We will tell you when home is the wrong place
Nursing runs round the clock at home, properly rostered. Doctors do not. We cap medical attendance at 6 hours, and if someone needs a doctor at the bedside for longer than that, they need monitoring, oxygen and a team that home cannot give them. In that situation we arrange admission into a Mezo hospital instead of selling you another night at home.

How quickly can a doctor get to Lekki?

Is the doctor actually licensed?
Yes, and you can check. Every doctor dispatched is registered with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and verified before they are given a booking. You get the name of whoever is coming before they arrive.
Can a doctor stay with my relative all night?
No, and we would rather say so than take the money. We cap doctor attendance at the bedside at six hours. Past that, the person needs monitoring, oxygen and a team that a house cannot provide, and we arrange admission into a Mezo hospital instead of selling you another night at home. Nursing is different: that runs round the clock, properly rostered.
Can I get tests done in the same visit?
Yes. Blood sample collection at the visit is ₦7,500 plus the test fees, the sample goes to a Mezo network laboratory under cold chain, and the results come back to your phone with the doctor's note on what they mean.
Can I use my HMO?
Not yet for home visits. At-home care is cash-pay today, priced so it is worth paying for. Tell us your HMO when you book and we will flag it as payers come onto the network.
