What does Mezo EMR cost?
There is no licence fee and no setup fee. Mezo earns a share of the payments it collects for your clinic, at rates agreed with you before you start. You never pay for software you are not using.
Who owns the patient records?
Your clinic does. Nobody outside your clinic can search for or find your patients, and another doctor sees a record only when they are treating that patient. Patients can see their own record and take a copy in the international FHIR format if they move.
Is patient data sent to AI tools?
No. No AI model receives anything that identifies a patient. Clinical decision support runs on fixed rules inside Mezo.
Does it handle HMO patients?
Yes. The desk records the patient's HMO and plan, covered items become a claim to the HMO, and the patient pays only their own share.
What happens when the internet drops?
Notes save as the doctor types and a copy is kept on the device, so a dropped connection does not lose work. It syncs when the connection returns.
