Most people who need physiotherapy in Lagos never finish it. The clinic is across town, the traffic takes longer than the session, and a painful back or a new knee does not want to sit in a car. So the course stops at session two and the problem stays. We bring the physiotherapist to you instead, with a portable couch and the kit, and the rehabilitation happens in the rooms and on the stairs you actually use. Licensed physiotherapists, fixed prices booked and paid online, and progress shared with your doctor.

A single session, a block of six with the same physiotherapist, or two-hour neuro sessions after a stroke. The price you see is the price you pay.

Assessment at home
The first visit takes your history, examines how you move, agrees goals with you and starts treatment the same day.

Treatment where you live
Hands-on treatment and exercise in your own space, with a programme written for your home, your stairs and your routine.

Progress you can see
Each visit is measured against the goals, and the notes are shared with your doctor on Mezo.

Questions people ask
Are your physiotherapists licensed?
Yes. Every physiotherapist on Mezo is checked against the Medical Rehabilitation Therapists Board register before they see a patient.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can book directly. If anything needs a doctor or a scan first, the physiotherapist tells you and we arrange it.
Which areas of Lagos do you cover?
The whole of Lagos, from the Island to Ikorodu. The Island core has no call-out fee; elsewhere a small call-out is added to a single session and waived on the block and the neuro session.
Can I use my HMO?
Most HMO plans cover physiotherapy only at a named clinic, with limits, and rarely at home. Our prices are cash prices, paid online. Ask us and we will tell you what your plan covers.
