Surgery cost in Nigeria: every price, published
Mezo Health publishes the price of 44 operations before you commit. All-in prices run from ₦56,000 (circumcision) to ₦5,500,000 (total hip replacement), covering the surgeon, anaesthetist, theatre and your stay. Operations are done in Lagos, and the price is agreed in writing before the operation. Prices last checked 11 October 2026.
A price marked “from” is the starting price for the standard case. A few operations are priced only after the surgeon has examined you, because the operation itself depends on what is found. Those show the consultation fee instead.
