- Knee and hip arthritis, including knees that are bone on bone
- Sports injuries: cruciate ligament tears, meniscal tears, cartilage damage
- Fractures and trauma, including injuries that were treated late or badly
- Avascular necrosis of the hip, including in sickle cell disease
- Back and neck pain that needs a surgical opinion
- Hand conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome and trigger finger
- Shoulder pain, rotator cuff tears and frozen shoulder
- Children's orthopaedic conditions and limb deformity
How care works here

One consultation, one clear plan
You see the surgeon, not a queue of juniors. You leave with a diagnosis, the options, and a written price for each.

Imaging on site
X-ray and ultrasound at the centre, MRI through the network, with the images read and explained to you rather than handed over in an envelope.

A fixed price before you commit
Surgery is quoted as one all-in case rate that covers the surgeon, theatre, implant and your ward stay. If something would change that price, you are told what and why before the operation.

Rehabilitation that is part of the plan
Physiotherapy is booked as part of your treatment, not left for you to arrange. Most orthopaedic results are won or lost in rehabilitation.

Your doctor gets the report
If a doctor referred you, the operation note, discharge summary and follow-up plan go back to them, and you go back to them too.

Questions people ask
Do I need a referral to see an orthopaedic surgeon?
No. You can book directly. If your doctor referred you, bring the letter and any imaging, and we will send the report back to them.
What does an orthopaedic consultation cost?
N35,000 for a first consultation with the consultant and N25,000 for a follow-up. Imaging and surgery are quoted separately, and every surgical price is published on its treatment page.
Can I use my HMO?
Yes, for plans that cover orthopaedic care. Every procedure needs prior authorisation first, and the desk submits it for you. If the plan declines, you are told the cash price before anything is booked.
Will I definitely need surgery?
Often not. Most orthopaedic problems are treated without an operation, and a surgeon who sends you away to complete physiotherapy properly is doing their job.
