Colorectal Surgery in Lagos
Each price links to what it covers.
Bleeding when you stool, pain that makes you dread the toilet, a lump that keeps leaking. Most people in Nigeria call all of it piles and buy another cream. It is often something else, and almost all of it is fixable. A colorectal surgeon finds out what it is, tells you plainly, and treats it, with the price in writing first. And because bleeding is sometimes more than piles, a colonoscopy can be booked online.

Questions people ask
Is all bleeding from the anus piles?
No. Fissures, polyps and bowel cancer can bleed too. Piles are the commonest cause, but bleeding needs one examination, and sometimes a colonoscopy, to be sure.
Do I need surgery for piles?
Most piles settle with fibre, water and not straining, or with banding in clinic. Surgery is for piles that keep coming back or come out.
Will surgery affect my bowel control?
Protecting the muscle that controls the bowel comes first in every operation here. The surgeon will explain the risk for your operation before you agree to it.
