- The doctor's monthly review, with dose changes as needed
- Dietitian support
Not in the quote

Questions people ask
Can I buy Ozempic or Mounjaro without a prescription?
You should not. The World Health Organization has warned about falsified semaglutide pens sold online. A doctor checks the medicine is safe for you, and a licensed pharmacy supplies the real product.
How long do I need to take it?
Usually at least a year to get the full benefit. Weight often comes back after stopping, so your doctor will plan that with you.
Injections or surgery?
Injections suit people with a lower BMI or who are not ready for surgery. Surgery gives larger and longer-lasting weight loss for those who qualify. Many people start with one and move to the other.
Is this a weekly or a daily injection?
Semaglutide and tirzepatide are both once a week.
