Getting started on Mezo as a physiotherapist or allied clinician

Clinicians registered with the MRTB, PCN, MLSCN, RRBN, ODORBN or another board other than the MDCN and NMCN.

  1. 1

Follow the doctor path, with these differences

You sign up, set fees and hours, go live and take bookings in the same way as a doctor, so the doctor guide applies to you step by step. Choose your cadre when you sign up so the right board and registration number are asked for.

  2. 2

Verification is done by a person

Only MDCN licences are checked automatically. Yours is checked by our team against your board, so upload a clear, current licence.

  3. 3

    How your name appears

Mezo uses the title your board gives you: Pharm. for pharmacists, Dr for optometrists, and your name alone for physiotherapists and other cadres. You cannot type your own title.

  4. 4

What you can do in a consult

You can write notes and refer a patient to a doctor. Prescribing and ordering tests are for doctors, so they are not offered to you.

GP work and the Your GP list are for MDCN doctors only. Home visit offers go to nurses today; if you want home physiotherapy work, tell your care coordinator.

Questions people ask
