Doctor-led · Dietitian every step · Across Nigeria by video
Lose weight with a doctor, a dietitian and a plan that moves when you do
Food you already eat, medicine when it is safe, and a balloon or surgery when you need more. Every programme has a review date, so you are never left on one that is not working.
How it works
A free check
Two minutes. It tells you which programme fits.
A consultation
A doctor or dietitian by video, with blood tests where needed.
Delivered
Medicine and meal plans sent to your door, sealed.
Followed up
Your dietitian every two weeks, your doctor every month.
Four programmes, one way up
The free check puts you on one. If it is not working at the review, you move up; when you are ready to stop, there is a plan for that too.

Go to SitoQuestions people ask first
Do you prescribe Ozempic, Wegovy or Mounjaro?
Yes, where a doctor finds it safe for you, from Mezo's licensed pharmacy partner, delivered to your door. It is always prescribed with a dietitian and a monthly review, never on its own.
How do I know the medicine is genuine?
Every medicine comes from Mezo's licensed pharmacy partner and is delivered sealed. Fake weight loss pens have been found in Nigeria, which is why we never sell a pen without a prescription and a doctor's review.
Do I need a referral?
No. Start with the free check, or book an assessment directly.
Will my plan work with Nigerian food?
Yes. Plans are built on the meals you already eat, with Cooked Indoors meals if you want them cooked for you.
What happens when I stop the medicine?
Most people regain much of the weight within a year of stopping unless their eating has changed. That is why the dietitian works with you from the start, and why stopping is planned with your doctor.
Does my HMO cover it?
Most HMO plans in Nigeria do not cover weight loss medicine, balloons or surgery. Bring your HMO number and the desk will ask; if the plan declines, you see the cash price in writing first.
