Physiotherapy
Rehabilitation After Surgery, at Home
The operation is half the result. The other half is the weeks of rehabilitation afterwards: bending the new knee, walking without the frame, getting back up the stairs. Six sessions at home with the same physiotherapist, starting soon after you are discharged, with a written plan and milestones and a review with a Mezo doctor.
