Getting started as a Mezo facility assessor
Independent assessors Mezo sends to visit facilities that want to join the network.

Your access
You join from an invitation email and set a password of at least 12 characters. You see Site visits and only the facilities assigned to you: no patients, leads, chats or money.

Arrange the visit
Each visit shows the facility, its address and the contact's phone number. Call to agree a time, and keep to the planned date where there is one. We email you whenever a visit is assigned.

Walk the site
- Go through every item on the checklist for that facility
- Tick only what you saw with your own eyes on the day
- Leave unticked anything you were told about but did not see

Record what you saw
Tick the items you confirmed and write a short note: when you visited, who showed you round, anything missing or unsafe. Press Record what I saw. The Mezo team reviews your record; deciding whether the facility joins is theirs, not yours.

Conflicts of interest
Do not assess a facility you work at, own, introduced or are related to anyone running. If you are assigned one, tell the Mezo team on 0913 813 8553 and we will reassign it.
