Dr. Peter Taiwo Sogunle is an accomplished Consultant Family Physician, educator, researcher, and healthcare leader with over three decades of clinical experience and nineteen years of teaching and research engagement. He brings a rich blend of clinical expertise, academic depth, and leadership excellence to the field of Family Medicine, Clinical Epidemiology, and Medical Education. He holds a PhD in Medicine (Family Medicine), Fellow, West African College of Physicians, Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (OAU Ile Ife), two Master’s degrees, and multiple postgraduate diplomas, reflecting his commitment to continuous professional development. He is currently advancing his academic portfolio with a Postgraduate Diploma in Medical Education at the University of South Wales, UK, where he also holds Recognised Tutor status in the PGD/MSc Medical Education programme.
