Questions people ask
How much is a paediatric neurologist in Lagos?
From ₦130,000 for a first consultation at Haven Paediatrics, Ikeja. The fee is confirmed when you book. Tests are priced separately.
My child had a fit with a fever. Does that mean epilepsy?
Usually not. Febrile seizures are common in young children and most never have another kind of seizure. A neurologist is involved when a seizure was long, focal, repeated in one illness, or happened without a fever.
What should I record?
If it is safe, a short phone video of an episode, and the time it started and stopped. It often tells the neurologist more than any test.
Prices shown are Mezo cash prices in naira and were last checked on 22 October 2026. The consultation fee is the same whatever is found. Anything that follows, such as medication, tests or further sessions, is priced and agreed with you before it starts.
