Procedures
Each page says who the procedure suits, who it does not, what recovery really involves, and how the price is set.
Body
The commonest reason women come, and the one most often done badly.
Breast
Reduction, lift, augmentation and implant revision, assessed honestly.
Face
What changes in the face, and which of it is worth operating on.
Skin, scars and hair
Treated for Nigerian skin, by people who see it every day.
Without surgery
Most of what changes how you look needs no operation. Every price published.
Nothing here is a recommendation. Which of it suits you, and whether any of it should be done at all, is decided in a consultation by the clinician who sees you.

Four things worth knowing before you choose anyone.
A credential you can check
Board certification by the American Board of Plastic Surgery is verifiable publicly, and you are encouraged to verify it. In this market the claim is made more often than it is true.
Your complication happens at home
Plenty of Nigerians fly abroad for this and for some procedures the arithmetic genuinely favours it. What travels badly is week three. Here you are in front of a surgeon who has your notes.
It goes towards the surgery
₦150,000 for half an hour with the surgeon herself, by video, put towards the total if you go on to have an operation. If you do not, it has bought you a straight answer, including the version where she tells you not to.
Her diary is eight half hours a week
Tuesdays and Wednesdays, 11am to 1pm. That is the real number, not a scarcity tactic, and it is why the dates move quickly.
Thirty minutes with the surgeon herself.
By video, from wherever you are. You bring what you are thinking about; she tells you what is actually involved, what she would and would not do, and whether you should be doing anything at all. If the answer is to leave it alone, that is the answer you get. She does not discuss fees with patients; costings come from the team afterwards, in writing.
Put towards the total if you go on to have surgery.
The questions people ask last.
Who actually performs the surgery?
Dr Kpaduwa assesses you and plans your surgery, and the surgeon who operates, and where, is named in your written quote before you agree to anything. For non-surgical treatment the clinician who treats you is named before you book, is registered, and is trained and signed off by her against a logged competency standard rather than a weekend course.
Who answers if something goes wrong at night?
You are given a named contact and a number that is answered, rather than a clinic line that opens at nine. Aftercare is the part nobody asks about until they need it, and it is the part that decides how the whole thing feels.
Will it be obvious that I have had work done?
Her published position, over two years of writing, is that the point is to look like yourself. If what you are asking for would read as work from across a room, she will tell you in the consultation rather than after it.
What does the consultation cost?
₦150,000 for thirty minutes with Dr Kpaduwa by video, put towards the total if you go on to have surgery.
Can I be seen for skin rather than surgery?
Yes. Dermatology sits alongside the surgical side, and a good deal of what changes how people look needs no operation at all. If that is the honest answer for you, it is the one you will be given.
